He received critical acclaim for his first feature film, Forty Winks (2022). His second feature film, Atrabilious (2023), was announced in October of 2022 on Deadline and debuted with 100% on Rotten Tomatoes to even more critical acclaim than Forty Winks. His inspirations include Jordan Peele, Ari Aster, Donald Glover, Bill Nader, Spike Lee, Wes Anderson & Steven Spielberg.

FORTY WINKS (2022)
Forty Winks follows Fabio Berker, a struggling Hypnotist in New York City, as he is blackmailed into being the world's first hypnotist hitman after a mysterious woman finds out his degree is fake. The cast is led by Justin Marcel McManus (film debut) with Carmen Ejogo, John Turturro, Leon Addison Brown, and Susan Sarandon. The film runs 1h20m and is a dark comedy, mystery, drama. It contains brief violence and language throughout.
ATRABILIOUS (2023)
Atrabilious follows Steven Joyner as he tries to solve the mystery behind his son's sudden, tragic, and potentially fabricated death. He is led to the titular bar, Atrabilious, and begins to unravel the history of the establishment. The cast is led by Leon Addison Brown, with Mark Boone Junior, Jeffrey Wright, Evan Jonigkeit, Lewis Black, Alec Baldwin, and Whoopi Goldberg. The film runs 1h45m and is a neo-noir, psychological thriller, magical realism, dark comedy. It contains strong violence, bloody images, drug use, and language throughout.
